It is 9 in (23 cm) across and 6.3 in (16 cm) deep. One size, available in four colourways.

Is the bulb included?

Yes. One warm 3000K LED bulb is included and fully replaceable. The socket is E26 or E27 and takes up to 40W incandescent or the LED equivalent.

Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoors?

Yes. It is damp rated, so it suits bathrooms and covered porches, patios, or balcony ceilings. It is not rated for exposed weather.

How should the acrylic shade be cleaned?

Use a soft damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid ammonia-based window cleaners, solvents, and abrasive pads, which cloud and scratch acrylic.

Does it work with a dimmer?

Yes, with a compatible dimmer switch and a dimmable bulb. The dimmer is not included.

Yes. It wires to a ceiling junction box and has no switch of its own, so it runs off an existing wall switch. A licensed electrician is recommended and may be required by local code for bathroom or outdoor installs.

Inspiratie

Kami ontleent zijn naam aan gevouwen papier, en de kap geeft dat idee vorm: een plissékant die schaduw vangt langs elke vouw, zodat een ondiepe koepel niet plat oogt. We plaatsten het in een eenvoudige rand om de plissés strak te houden en lieten de rand van de vouw helemaal zichtbaar. Het is een kleine armatuur, en de plissering is de reden waarom het nog steeds opvalt in een ruimte. De kleurvarianten blijven zacht, zodat de vorm de aandacht krijgt.

Kami Ceiling Lamp — pleated acrylic shade with white resin rim

Hardwired installatie Dit armatuur wordt direct aangesloten op een plafondaansluitkast en heeft geen eigen schakelaar — het werkt via een bestaande wandschakelaar. Een erkende elektricien is aanbevolen, en op een badkamer- of buitenlocatie kan dit verplicht zijn volgens lokale regelgeving.

Acrylkap — voorzichtig schoonmaken Acryl krast gemakkelijker dan glas en wordt troebel bij contact met oplosmiddelen. Veeg het schoon met een zachte vochtige doek en mild zeep — geen ammonia of glasreiniger, geen schuurpads, en veeg stof nooit droog weg met papieren handdoeken.

Met Ø9″ en slechts 6.3″ diepte zit Kami dicht tegen het plafond — geschikt voor een badkamer, gastenwc, entree, gang of kleine slaapkamer, en elke ruimte met een laag plafond waar een hanglamp in de weg zou hangen. In een langere gang kunt u drie of vier plaatsen met ongeveer 60–80 cm tussenruimte. De vochtwering maakt het ook geschikt voor overdekte veranda, patio of balkonplafond, waar de meeste decoratieve armaturen niet kunnen worden gebruikt. Omdat het acryl diffuus is in plaats van helder, verspreidt het licht zich zacht en breed in plaats van op één plek te concentreren.
