Wanneer wordt mijn bestelling verzonden?

Kan ik het retourneren?

Ja, binnen 30 dagen na levering: zonder montage, ongebruikt en in de originele verpakking. Stuur eerst een e-mail naar info@docos.us voor een retourautorisation (RMA). Beschadigingen of gebreken bij aankomst: meld dit binnen 72 uur met foto's en we regelen een vervanging, reparatie of terugbetaling.

Kan ik het eerst in mijn ruimte zien voordat ik het koop?

Ja. Stuur een foto, een schets of de afmetingen van je ruimte en onze ontwerpers sturen je gratis een 3D MAX-rendering van de armatuur in je ruimte binnen 24 uur — geen aanbetaling.
