Overall, I'm happy with this light. The design is sleek and it was easy to install. It fits well in the space, but I would have liked a bit more brightness. Still, it's a great addition to the room and I would recommend it.
The light is beautiful, but there are a few minor differences from what was pictured. The edge of the glass shade is more of a scalloped pattern than the wave that is pictured. The base has an extra metal mounting piece that is not pictured (still brass, just changes the look a little). Finally the wood has a reddish hue, considering painting that to tone it down. It’s still a beautiful light, although I don’t know that I’d pay the current price. I was able to purchase this for 20% off around the holidays, and the full price was about half of the current asking price. I’m not sure why they’re doubling the price now unless they’re improving the quality to more closely match the product photos?
I like the color and style. Guests have also complimented the lights.
