La Velric Table Light emprunte la forme d'une amphore, le vase à deux anses qui transportait l'huile et le vin autour de la Méditerranée. Le col amincie et la paire d'anneaux à l'épaule sont les éléments qui la rendaient transportable, conservés ici comme le profil de la base plutôt que comme éléments à saisir. Un abat-jour en papier repose au-dessus sur une courte tige en bois, la lumière traverse la feuille au lieu de s'échapper seulement par les extrémités. Elle s'inscrit dans un style wabi-sabi, Japandi ou minimaliste chaleureux sur une table de nuit, une console ou une table d'appoint de salon.
Côte à côte, l'abat-jour blanc cassé paraît plus lumineux et plus neutre, tandis que l'abat-jour brun clair offre un ton plus chaud et légèrement plus profond — les deux reposent sur la même base en travertin et la même tige en bois illustrées ici.
