The Bellafleur Wall Sconce is a single-bulb wall sconce with a pleated ceramic shade and a brass curved arm on a 5-petal flower-shaped ash-wood backplate. The cream shade is hand-painted with raised floral and butterfly accents and tapers down over the bulb, and the sconce projects 9.4″ (24 cm) from the wall. The shade is 7.1″ (18 cm) wide and the sconce stands 11.4″ (29 cm) tall on a 4.7″ (12 cm) flower backplate, with one E27 bulb (included). For a bedside, hallway, or living-room wall light.
The Bellafleur's pleated ceramic shade points down over the bulb, so the light pools down and out from the wall for a soft, warm glow — good as a bedside sconce above a nightstand, a pair down a hallway, or an accent over a console or armchair in a living room or entryway. At 11.4″ (29 cm) tall and 9.4″ (24 cm) out from the wall, it reads as a real wall light without dominating a small room, and the 2.5 cm-thin backplate keeps the mount tight to the wall.
The cream pleated shade with hand-painted florals and butterflies, the flower-shaped ash-wood backplate, and the brass arm give it a vintage, cottagecore, French-country look that suits romantic bedrooms, traditional hallways, and floral-leaning living rooms. As a hardwired fixture it connects to a wall junction box; a licensed electrician is recommended for a safe, code-compliant install.
