Bij Docos geloven we dat een lamp veel meer moet doen dan een kamer verlichten — het moet een sfeer creëren, een verhaal vertellen en een stille blikvanger in je huis worden. Elk armatuur wordt met de hand geblazen door meesterambachtslieden met behulp van eeuwenoude technieken, die de warmte van traditie combineren met de helderheid van modern ontwerp.

Ons glas wordt gevormd op meer dan 1.100°C door een enkele ambachtsman, in één sessie — nooit massaal geproduceerd, nooit identiek. Dit eeuwenoude proces geeft elke lamp de optische helderheid, zachte onvolkomenheden en diepzinnig karakter die machines simpelweg niet kunnen evenaren.
Het vlekkeloze oppervlak van Docos-glas verspreidt licht gelijkmatig — geen harde hotspots, geen doffelere plekken. Het resultaat is een zacht, omgevingslicht dat aanvoelt als zon in de late middag, zelfs op de donkerste avonden.
