De Mylie Plafondlamp lost het probleem op dat de meeste ruimten niet goed aanpakken: een armatuur dat de ruimte gelijkmatig verlicht, laag genoeg voor lage plafonds, en dat daadwerkelijk iets toevoegt aan het design van de ruimte. Het travertijnframe brengt natuursteen op het meest zichtbare vlak van de ruimte — de warme tonale diepte van de steen verandert met het licht, van ochtend tot avond. De gefrostde glazen bol in het centrum diffundeert de gloeilamp tot een zacht, gelijkmatig licht zonder zichtbare gloeidraad of helder spot. De houten baldakijn voegt warmte toe op het plafondmontage. Wand of plafond — de Mylie is overal te installeren waar de ruimte het nodig heeft.
