The two sizes are close in scale (11″ vs 12.6″) — pick by proportion to nearby elements. Powder room (no shower) — yes. Vanity mirror in the dry zone of a master bathroom — yes, as long as it’s well-separated from shower steam. Full bathroom with shower steam — not recommended; alabaster is porous and repeated humidity cycles cause staining, discoloration, and surface degradation. Outdoor — no. Cleaning: dust alabaster with a dry soft microfiber cloth only. Do not use water, vinegar, alcohol, or any household cleaner on alabaster — the stone absorbs moisture and stains. For the brass backplate, dry soft cloth only; avoid abrasive polish, which strips the gold-tone finish.

How is it installed?
