Overview

The Equinox Displacement Pendant Lamp is a single-shade pendant with a pleated linen shade and sculptural wooden accents, hung on an adjustable dual-suspension cord. The dual-suspension design lets the shade hang offset from the ceiling junction box — so you can position the light where you want it, even when the box isn't in the right place. One E26/E27 socket (max 40W), 59-inch adjustable cord, hardwired. Ø 9.8″ × H 9.8″, in Black, Walnut, Wood, or Beige.

How the Displacement Mount Works

Hang the light where you want it

The cord runs from the ceiling canopy over a second suspension point, so the shade hangs away from the electrical box rather than directly below it. Adjust the horizontal offset and the drop to center the light over a table or seating area — without moving the junction box. The 59-inch (150 cm) cord sets the height.

Why It Works

🪝 Dual-Suspension Displacement A second suspension point lets the cord carry the shade sideways from the ceiling box, so the light lands where you need it — over the center of a table even when the box is off to one side. It also enables angled, dynamic arrangements.

🧵 Pleated Linen Shade + Wood A pleated linen fabric shade diffuses the single bulb into a soft, even glow, and sculptural wooden accents mark the suspension points. Metal, fabric, and wood construction — a natural material mix.

💡 1-Light, Adjustable, Dimmable One E26/E27 socket, max 40W (or LED equivalent), on AC 110–240V. Hardwired with a 59-inch adjustable cord, and dimmer compatible (switch sold separately) to set the level.
