Yes — one bulb is included. The socket fits an E26 or E27 medium base bulb (the US standard screw size), up to 40W incandescent or 12W LED equivalent. We recommend a vintage Edison filament bulb or a warm white 2700K LED. Replacement bulbs are stocked at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Amazon.
Which size should I choose?
The Small (13.8" / 35 cm) suits breakfast nooks, entryways, kitchen island ends, and bedsides. The Large (19.7" / 50 cm) suits dining tables seating 4–6, kitchen islands, and living room corners. Over a dining table, leave about 6–12 inches clear on each side of the shade for visual balance.
