We are certain that you will adore your docos.us order when it arrives, but if you don't for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page or just reply the shipping update emails and we will make it right.
My order has already shipped, but I don't want it anymore! Can I cancel the order?
We allow you to cancel your order within 72 hours, and we will not charge any fees within this 72-hour period.
If your order shows as already shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling the order, we will charge 30%-50% of the order amount as warehousing fees, order processing fees, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund. This is because a series of costs are incurred as soon as the package is shipped. *Please carefully check your order before purchasing to ensure there are no errors.
Because your package is currently in transit from our factory/production partner. It may be in a large sealed container being transported by sea (standard shipping), or it may be on a cargo plane (expedited shipping). We cannot retrieve it quickly.

Refund & Return Policy
Items shipped from Docos.us, including Docos warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We maintain several return addresses across North America to facilitate the return process for our customers. Prior to initiating a return, all customers are kindly requested to get in touch with us. This allows us to engage in a thorough discussion regarding the return plan tailored to your specific situation. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if we have fulfilled our delivery obligations, but refunds are available if the package is not shipped.

Order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
The order confirmation will be sent right after you have placed the order through to your email address or mobile number you have registered when you place the order.
And the shipping confirmation will be sent within 2-7 days after you receive the order confirmation through to your email address or mobile number you have registered when you place the order.

Eligible partial/full refund & replacement
All the cases above will be eligible for the partial/full refund and replacement.
Not Refundable
For items not eligible for return refunds, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
We do not accept any unregistered packages, any unregistered packages will be rejected.
Despite our efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, there may still be variations from the actual product. We encourage customers to inquire as much as possible to ensure the shopping experience meets expectations. Our customer service representatives will be more than happy to address any questions you may have.
Order Cancellation
We allow you to cancel your order within 48 hours, and we will not charge any fees within this 48-hour period.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund and Return Process
Step 1: Please read our Returns Policy above to determine if your order is eligible for a refund/return.
Step 2: Submit an inquiry to info@docos.us, including your reason for return. If it is a quality problem, please attach photos to the email so that we can quickly handle the problem for you.
Step 3: We will determine the refund amount you can receive based on the reason for your return and the items in your order.
Step 4: We will provide a return address and shipping label instructions. If you do not follow our instructions we will not be able to refund you.
Step 5: In any case we will ask you to ship the item at your own expense. We will refund you after confirming that you have sent the goods.
Step 6: Please contact us after shipping the product and provide the shipping bill or product tracking number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned goods are received and inspected to be correct. Refunds will be made back to your original method of payment.
Step 7: If it is shipped from our factory to the destination, you need to return the package to our factory. If the package is shipped from our warehouse to the destination, you need to return the package to our warehouse, so we need to provide a different return address according to your order.
Shipping and handling charges
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless there is a quality problem with the product. Returns may involve necessary handling fees.
Item is damaged or wrong

As stated above, your items must be in their original packaging and unused. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
The time it takes for the refund to arrive usually depends on your bank's processing speed, which usually takes 7-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
