This page sets out how, when, and where Docos ships orders, including delivery times, costs, customs handling, and what to do if something goes wrong. We have written it plainly so the relevant information is available before you place your order.
The majority of Docos pieces ship directly from our manufacturing partners in Asia, with a smaller selection dispatched from our United States warehouse. If you need to confirm the stock location for a specific item before ordering, please contact us at info@docos.us.
We offer complimentary door-to-door shipping on every product we sell. Simply select the standard free-shipping option at checkout. If a shipping charge appears, your address falls outside our complimentary delivery zone — please reach out and we will quote a rate.
Important — United States orders: Due to recent changes in U.S. import tariffs, all orders shipped to the United States are now subject to an additional shipping fee. The exact amount is calculated and displayed at checkout. We thank you for your understanding.
We typically respond to new orders within 72 hours, with packages dispatched 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder first — automated emails are sometimes filtered out. If you still cannot locate it, contact us directly at info@docos.us.
Our standard service is complimentary and combines ocean freight with local UPS final-mile delivery. End-to-end transit time is typically 4 to 6 weeks, door to door, at no additional cost to you (excluding the U.S. tariff fee noted above).
Need your order sooner? Expedited service uses EMS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL air freight, with door-to-door delivery typically within 1 to 3 weeks. Pricing varies by order weight, dimensions, and destination — the exact amount is shown at checkout.
Duties not included: Expedited shipping rates do not include customs duties or import taxes. The recipient is responsible for any fees levied by the destination country's customs authority.

In most cases, our packages clear customs without VAT being assessed. For larger orders, customs may request additional documentation, and we will work with you to provide what is needed.
Each destination country sets its own import tax thresholds. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the buyer's responsibility.
European Union buyers: EU member states each apply their own customs policies. Import duties may be assessed based on package size and shape, and must be paid by the buyer to the local customs authority. As the seller, Docos is not responsible for these charges.
We deliver to most destinations worldwide. Some countries restrict or prohibit certain product categories — please confirm your local regulations before placing an order. Due to the nature of our packaging, an order may arrive in multiple parcels. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Every Docos order is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery — you can monitor status at any time through our website or by contacting customer service.
All orders are also covered by shipping insurance. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, we will issue a full replacement or refund.
If you change your mind, please request cancellation within 72 hours of placing your order. After this window we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the package may already be in the dispatch process.
Once an order ships, it is genuinely out of our hands — your package is in a sealed ocean container or on a cargo flight from our manufacturing partner, and there is no way to intercept it mid-transit. Please follow these steps instead:
Address changes can usually be made free of charge before the carrier has picked up your package. Contact us as soon as possible at info@docos.us.
Your order is likely already with our fulfillment partner or in carrier hands, and an address change cannot be guaranteed. If a critical change is necessary, contact customer service immediately and we will do everything we can.
Carrier fees apply: Carriers charge a re-direction fee for any address change made after pickup, plus an additional re-delivery fee if the new address is not near the original. We will invoice you for the actual amount the carrier charges us — these fees are passed through at cost.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Docos is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages — or any costs that result — when an incorrect address is provided.
Carriers may leave a package without a signature if the area appears safe; if a signature is required, they will attempt to obtain one from the address or a neighbor. If they cannot, they will leave a notice with further instructions — check your tracking for the latest delivery attempt status.
If a package is returned to origin because of a failed delivery, refused signature, or incorrect address, we offer a paid re-shipment service. The fee depends on package size, weight, and the carrier's return charge — we will email you an itemized invoice that reflects the carrier's actual cost.
If you no longer want the package after it has been returned to us, we will refund your order less a 30% restocking fee to cover the original outbound shipping and handling. We must hear from you within 30 days of the package being returned; after that point, we cannot guarantee a re-ship or refund.
If your item is genuinely damaged or lost during transit (not refused or misdelivered), we will send a free replacement at no additional cost. Damage and loss claims must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date on tracking — outside that window, we are unable to recover costs from our carrier.
Packages occasionally show as delivered while still on the carrier's truck or set down nearby. In most cases the package arrives the following day. If it does not, contact us and we will open a trace.
If circumstances beyond our control or our delivery partners' control affect the original estimated delivery date, we will notify you of any reasonable revision. Delivery is considered complete when the product is delivered to the address you provided.
