Als der Löwe stolz die Rolle des Wächters übernahm, wurde er zu einem leuchtenden Licht für das Königreich. Tag und Nacht, bei Regen und Sonnenschein verwandelte sich der Löwe in eine strahlende Lampe, die das Leben aller erhellte. Seine unerschütterliche Präsenz bot ständigen Schutz und Führung und machte ihn zu einem wahren Symbol der Stärke und Einheit für das gesamte Reich.

The Aeon frames movement within a fixed outline; the figure pieces drop facial detail so the pose carries the meaning. Minimal by intent, not by subtraction.
Cast resin holds a crisp matte-black edge; bronze and marble give the figure pieces weight; brass is pressed with fine ridges so light skims the surface.
