The Maranta Pendant Light is a wide-dome fabric pendant in natural linen with vertical seams and a row of coral-orange fabric ovals framed in raffia-fringe rings around the lower rim, hung from a single brown cord. Three E26 bulbs (included) sit inside the dome, and the warm-glow interior reads soft when they’re on. Available in two sizes — 23.6″ or 27.6″ diameter, 59″ overall drop — for a dining room, kitchen island, breakfast nook, or boho or mid-century modern living room.

What bulbs does it take, and are they included?

The Maranta uses 3 × E26 (medium screw base) bulbs, and the bulbs are included. For a soft, cozy glow over a dining table or kitchen island, we recommend warm-white 2700–3000K LED bulbs — LED runs cool, which is the safer match for a fabric shade. The shade diffuses light softly downward, so the pendant works well as ambient light; pair with under-cabinet or recessed lighting if you also need task light.

Which size should I pick — 23.6″ or 27.6″?

Pick the 23.6″ (60 cm) for a 4-seat table, breakfast nook, or smaller foyer. Pick the 27.6″ (70 cm) for a 6-seat dining table, a full kitchen island, or a high-ceiling living room where you want more presence. A common rule is to keep the shade width to about half to two-thirds of the table width.

Can I shorten the cord?

How do I clean the linen shade and raffia fringe?

Dust the linen and raffia gently with a soft brush or low-suction vacuum with the upholstery attachment. Spot-treat marks with a barely-damp cloth and mild soap, then let air-dry. Don’t soak the shade or use harsh cleaners — they can stiffen the linen and discolor the natural raffia.
