Marova Pendant Light

The Marova Pendant Light is an oval fabric drum pendant — a metal frame wrapped in oatmeal-cream linen, with vertical jute-rope ribs running pole-to-pole around the shade, each marked with a small X knot at the equator. A brass-tone twisted cord drops from a dark-bronze canopy. One E26 socket inside. Two sizes — 11.8″ or 15.7″ wide — for a dining table, kitchen island, breakfast nook, foyer, or bedside. Wabi-sabi, Japandi, French country, and bohemian modern style.

The Marova reads as handmade and artisanal — the jute ribs and X knots are visible craft, not a printed graphic, and the oval silhouette feels more like a hand-shaped balloon than an off-the-shelf drum. The linen fabric diffuses light into a warm ambient pool, while the jute ribs cast soft vertical shadow lines on nearby walls when the bulb is on. Best as ambient or accent lighting — the linen drum softens the bulb, so don’t rely on it as your only task light over food prep.

Scale to your space: Small (11.8″) works as a bedside pair, in a powder room, or in a cluster of 3–5 over a long dining table for a layered, restaurant-style read; Medium (15.7″) stands on its own over a 4–6 seat table or a kitchen island.
