For a breakfast nook, small dining table (4-seat), or entryway, pick the 3-head (∅25.2"). For a standard dining room (6-8 seat), kitchen island, or living room, pick the 5-head (∅35.4"). Above a dining table or kitchen island, hang the chandelier 30-36 inches above the tabletop. As a general sizing rule, add the room's length + width in feet — the result in inches is the recommended chandelier diameter.

The Nickel Persimmon chandelier has a brushed nickel (silver-toned) metal frame with no wood — it suits modern, transitional, and contemporary interiors. The Brass Wooden Persimmon chandelier has a brass frame with natural walnut or ash wood arm accents — it suits warmer, organic, mid-century, and farmhouse interiors. Both use E26 (US/CA) bulbs and cream-white glass shades.

The standard hanging rod is 19.7" (50 cm). For ceilings above 10 ft or for vaulted ceilings, request a longer rod extension before ordering with your ceiling height. The rod is rigid — for very tall ceilings (above 14 ft), a cable-suspension chandelier may be more appropriate than this rod-mounted nickel persimmon chandelier.
