Really artistic and pretty light. Love the shape of the glass bulb cover. Due to the travertine it's heavy but it's not a problem. Really happy with it.
These sconces are lovely and good quality, however it took two full months to receive them from when we ordered them. They are definitely made in China. The installation is not simple. We did have an electrician do the install. The LED light has two settings, one was a warmer light close to incandescent and the other is bluer closer to fluorescent. When you flip the switch on, one color comes on, and then if you flip it off and on again, you get the other color. I would recommend them, just be patient with delivery.
The ordering / communication with support was good. The instructions for installation are minimal. It would probably help if the company provided more details. The parts that make up the unit are good. It took us a bit to figure out how to shorten the cables (which are adjustable), and realize you are using your own judgement as to which size to place in which location, so presumably they will not all look alike. We purchased 2 so had to make extra effort to make them complement one another, side-by-side. We had to CAREFULLY bend some leaf branches in a bit, but use great caution if you do this. Bottom line is that we have awesome looking chandeliers! The next big project is the really big Gingko linear chandelier which we have not yet started; we learned on these.
The light is beautiful, but there are a few minor differences from what was pictured. The edge of the glass shade is more of a scalloped pattern than the wave that is pictured. The base has an extra metal mounting piece that is not pictured (still brass, just changes the look a little). Finally the wood has a reddish hue, considering painting that to tone it down. It’s still a beautiful light, although I don’t know that I’d pay the current price. I was able to purchase this for 20% off around the holidays, and the full price was about half of the current asking price. I’m not sure why they’re doubling the price now unless they’re improving the quality to more closely match the product photos?
