What bulb does it take, and is it included?

The Bellarose uses 1 × E27 (medium screw base) and ships with a 9W bulb included. For a soft cottage glow, the included bulb is in the 2700–3000K warm white range. Stay with low-heat LED replacements — a 9W LED runs cool, which is safer for the ceramic shade and the applied porcelain rose details.

Will it fit a low ceiling?

Yes. The overall height is just 8.7″ (22 cm) from ceiling to the bottom of the shade, so it works in 7′6″ ceilings and up. It hugs the ceiling like a flush mount — ideal for powder rooms, walk-in closets, and narrow hallways where a hanging pendant would feel low.

Are the ceramic roses fragile?

The roses and leaves are hand-applied porcelain, fired with the shade. They’re durable in normal use but can chip if hit directly — handle the shade by the rim (not the floral cluster) during install and when dusting. Color and shape of each rose may vary very slightly piece to piece, since the details are applied by hand.

Can I install it myself or do I need an electrician?

It’s a hardwired ceiling fixture connecting to a junction box. Given the ceramic shade and the small applied flowers, we recommend a licensed electrician for a safe, code-compliant install — the shade needs careful handling during mounting.

How do I clean the ceramic shade and rose details?

Dust the shade with a soft microfiber cloth. For the porcelain roses and leaves, use a soft brush (a clean makeup brush works) to lift dust from between the petals. Avoid abrasive cleaners, dish soap, or soaking — they can dull the glaze or loosen the applied details.
