Capelle Flush Mount

The Capelle Flush Mount is a true ceiling-hugging flush mount with a tapered capiz-shell cone shade pressed up against the ceiling, a walnut-finish wood mount above, and a wood ball with a turned finial below. The shells are pearly cream and softly translucent, so the bulb glows pearly through the panels. Two sizes — small 13.8″ × 11.4″ (350 × 290 mm) and large 19.7″ × 14.2″ (500 × 360 mm) — with one E27 bulb (included). For low-ceiling hallways and bedrooms.

The Capelle's tapered capiz shade presses up against the ceiling and glows pearly through the panels, so it works in rooms where a chandelier or long pendant would feel too tall — low-ceiling hallways, bedrooms, closets, laundry rooms, and foyers where you still want a real fixture rather than a bare bulb. Pick the size to the room: the small (13.8″ / 350 mm) fits a hallway, closet, or small bedroom; the large (19.7″ / 500 mm) suits a living room, main bedroom, or foyer.

Even the large stays under 14.2″ (360 mm) tall, so it clears 8 ft ceilings with room to spare. The pearly shells, walnut wood mount, and small wood finial give it a transitional, coastal, traditional look that suits older homes, cottage-style rooms, and rooms that mix wood and natural materials.
